This is funny: The United Kingdom backed and recognized Kosovo's independence, and now faces a similar situation: Scotland.

The UK, and others, should learn how not to interfere in the domestic affairs of other countries.

If Scotland acquires its independence, and applies for EU membership, Spain will most likely veto its application. Don't forget Catalonia! And that's why Spain has not yet recognized Kosovo.
