Arab Summit on sending arms to Syria

The Arab Summit came up with only one decision, and that is to bring more destruction to Syria. That’s not the right way to end the crisis.

But how did Arab States "give" themselves the "right" to send arms to Syria? By voting or by a communiqué imposed on them by Hague and Fabius?

On the other hand, according to Morsi, no one should interfere in Egypt's internal affairs, but everyone has the right to interfere in Syria's internal affairs.
