This is hilarious: "disputed Golan Heights"
“The
United Nations said Friday that an agreement had been reached to secure the
release of the 21 Filipino peacekeepers seized two days earlier by Syrian
insurgents in the disputed Golan Heights region between Syria and
Israel. But it was unclear when the captives, the first
international troops to become entangled in Syria’s civil war, would be freed.” Don’t the authors
of this article know that the Golan Heights are part of Syria's territory and have been under illegal Israeli
occupation since June 1967? They are not "disputed". They belong to Syria!
