Egyptian presidential elections: unconstitutional?

This is hilarious: I’ve just heard an Egyptian lawyer saying on Al-Jazeera that the Law on Presidential Elections would be challenged before the Supreme Constitutional Court. Now, what if the Court ruled that the Law in question is unconstitutional, and the presidential elections are therefore null and void? Would there be a repetition of the elections?
