Future Palestinian Constitution

If the future Palestinian Constitution does not explicitly provide for a secular regime, or at the very least, does not expressly set forth that all religions in Palestine are equal, and that every Palestinian, regardless of his religious affiliation, has the right to run for presidency, such a constitution will be unneeded.
